Paula Prito & Photographers

The time is nearly 10 pm. I have arrived before 7.30 pm the stipulated time for the Groom Dali to arrive. So there we all are waiting ...

Nearly 11 pm Paula is ready for the ceremony.

10.53 pm: I managed this shot and started on my way home. Called prito to assure him that I probably got the essence of the Houlud but then I really have to go because I have not informed home that I shall be so late in coming. He tried to have me wait for a while as he was on his way and assured me that  he will arrange a transport to drop me near my place. I jumped at the first Auto Rickshaw that agreed to go, said bye to Prito  - Never mind the fare.

Prito Houlud: I have agreed to stay late and Prito promised transport.

Mentally prepared and in high spirits I joined Nabela, Tanzim Shaikat and Palash at Prito for a night of Binge.We tried to rope in QZaman -

- but with his perpetual habit of declining at first he stayed inclined to his initial response.

Then it was the Bride Dali time to come late. They have beaten the Groom timing by more then an hour. But before that Tanzim & Nabeela had to leave. So we decided to get some Fuchkas before their departure. So we dared Palash 50 Tk if he can manage to get us some Fuchkas before the Guests arrives.

Palash won. And he will not let me forget that.

And of course as usual Saikot waits his turn.

... and we waited.

Obviously a relif when the guests arrived but then we had to wait ...

... for Prito.

We got busy ... Click Click Click

And then Prito would not let us forget we are his friends.

I got my moment when I caught Prito sister & in law ...

... and Prito Dad tops it all.

The Wedding

Now where do I start. Got to take a nice picture of the Bride & Groom - But now this a bit tight for me. Later perhaps. Meanwhile ...

No - I do not want my picture taken.

May I ? Er... Yes got the hint.

My daughter please. My pleasure.

Ah there she is ... so much like Paula. If only she had looked at the camera -

... but Paula did.

Liked the light - another one.

Showed Saikat the image – teased him about his flashlight and took his reaction. Before the smile he was irritated.

Bless them. May they live happily ever after. The End - or so I thought.

Of course even us photographer with our supposedly hawk of an eyes may never notice - but a mother would. An in law a delightful bonding ...

But what I did notice - Nah...

Hold it ... Now this is outrageous.

Photographers !!! Now I wondered what are they doing ? Ok - here we got one who is an under (wear) cover police.

All right - This is naseer.

Yes Zaid - Smile we all did. Prito has been a wonderful host ...

- As well his family. Paula & her family have been equally hospitable.
