Bangla pronunciation

My Comment:

First of all English or any other language can only be a foreign language to us. But our children need to learn it to gain the science, and unfortunately very little had been done to translate them in Bangla. Beside our youth need to sustain the stiff competition from the global perspective by being able to add a few other foreign language in their vocabulary. This we have failed to convey to our future generation. Subsequently our Bengali medium students ideologically shunned English, which was vital for his/her survival in the national and international arena and we failed miserably in our IT professions. Meanwhile the English medium students isolated themselves and conjured superior attitude to ward of the backlash of intellectuals. So where are we? Cultural decay - or sheer negligence of ones heritage was our responsibility. Let us represent the language accurately and no mother tongues should be juxtaposed. We should not forget now that the international language day is our legacy and we are expected to respect all other foreign mother tongue for we have shown the way to fight for it.
